<DescriptionText><text>
If you can hear the cabinet's blower running and the filter is new (or clean) this may indicate a blocked vacuum sensor port on the debris nozzle. Please clear the vacuum sensor port using this procedure http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/thermal/content/docs/73-3667A-C-PR01.pdf . To prevent repeated blockage of the nozzle please check to ensure that the current version of the debris nozzle is installed and, if applicable, an airjet plate is installed.

<Cause>
Cause 1: The debris collection hose is disconnected or has a hole.
Solution: Check the debris collection hose connections for large holes or poor connections. Reconnect or replace as necessary.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: The cabinet has lost powerThe green light indicates power to the UDRC relay (comes from the device to UDRC cable, not the main power from the wall).
</Cause>
<Cause>
2(a) If the green light on top of the cabinet comes on and then goes off without the blower coming on, check the power to the cabinet.
Solution: Make sure the power cable has not come unplugged at the cabinet or the wall. Check that there is power at the wall receptacle.WARNING: the UDRC runs off 200-240 VAC, please use appropriate precautions when tracing main power problems.On some occasions the main power connection to the motor (molex connector inside the UDRC motor enclosure) may have come loose. Turn the UDRC upside down and remove the bottom cover to gain access to the motor enclosure.
</Cause>
<Cause>
2(b) If the green light on top of the cabinet never comes on, the UDRC relay may be broken.
Solution: The green light itself may be burnt out or have a poor connection. While this will not cause any functional problem at all, it is important to eliminate this or you risk mis-diagnosing a broken relay.Reseat cable connection between device and UDRC. Trace the cables from the green light and check connections, check for voltage on this line when light should be on.Replace the relay if defective. Some UDRC disassembly is required to access the relay in the UDRC Power box.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: The particulate filter (or filter spacer) is installed upside down or is not present.
Solution: Ensure the particulate filter is placed on the spacer, check proper orientation of the spacer and that it is level.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 4: The lid is not closed.
Solution: Ensure the lid closes securely, without excessive force.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 5: The spring on the filter detect plunger switch is missing.
Solution:  Replace the spring (59-3845).
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 6: The filter detect plunger switch is malfunctioning.
Solution: Test the cabling and/or replace the cables (10-4939) and filter detect switch (15-3431).
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 7: The collection nozzle sensing line may be disconnected.
Solution: Make sure the sensing line is connected securely at both ends, between nozzle and sensor (both in device). Reset the output device to continue.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 9: On a particulate only system (POC) the nozzle sensing line may be hooked up to the wrong sensor on the TEE board.
Solution: See the upgrade procedure for the 3244/3230 (73-3639A-x-PR01)Reset the output device to continue.
Cause 10: The sensing port may be plugged with debris. This plug keeps the sensor under vacuum while the system recalibrates which generates an incorrect offset making the nozzle flow seem low.
Solution: Remove collection nozzle and clean, be sure to clear small pressure sensing hole of debris (blow air through it).
</Cause>
